Message	the funds for three days, but dropped the complaint. This guy did ship me a box of pieces of junk parts, which he cllaims was for someone else, so I shipped it back to him, and he claims he would shipped the turbos, but it's been almost 4 weeks and still no turbos nor a reply from this guy. Here is what Paypal has to say: As stated in our User Agreement, PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy only applies to the shipment of goods, not to disputes about the attributes or quality of goods received.
